Referral Program

 

Partners

• People in the referral program are called Partners.
• Partners must be customers in good standing (i.e. their fees have been paid).

Rewards

• The Reward for a referral is one month of free access to the platform.
• A Partner can earn unlimited Rewards.

Referral Program

• Partners get a unique promo code they can share.
• If someone signs up using the Partner’s promo code, and becomes a paying customer (“Referred Customer”) the Partner earns the Reward. 

 

Redeeming Rewards

• A Banked Reward is a reward that has not been redeemed.
• Rewards have no monetary value.
• The Partner cannot request to have their Reward converted to cash or any other form of compensation.

Rewards are redeemed automatically under the following conditions:

 

Partners on a monthly plan

When a monthly payment becomes due and the Partner has at least one unredeemed Reward available, the monthly payment is reduced to $0.

Example: A Partner with three Banked Rewards would pay $0 and have two Banked Rewards available for future payments.

Partners on an annual plan
When an annual payment becomes due and the Partner has at least one Banked Reward available, the amount owing is reduced by 10% for each Banked Reward available, up to a maximum of ten Rewards. (Ten Banked Rewards are required since an annual plan costs the same as 10 months on a monthly plan.) Any additional Banked Rewards are saved for the next annual payment. 

Example: A Partner with three Banked Rewards would pay 1 - (3/10) = 70% of the normal annual payment.
Example: A Partner with fourteen Banked Rewards would pay 1 - (10/10) = 0% of the normal annual payment and have two Banked Rewards available for a future payment.

Forfeited Rewards

• Banked Rewards can be lost under the following conditions:
• If the Partner churns and has Banked Rewards, the Rewards are considered forfeit and can no longer be redeemed.
• If the Partner has Banked Rewards and their account becomes not in good standing (i.e. payment is late), they forfeit all Banked Rewards.
• If the Partner is removed from the Referral Program for any reason.

 

Removal From the Program

Partners may be removed from the Program at any time for any reason. For example, abuse of the Program.

The Referral Program is subject to change at any time, including, but not limited to: the nature of the Reward; criteria for earning, redeeming, and forfeiting Rewards; criteria for adding or removing a Partner from the Referral Program; and cancellation of the Referral Program.
